  • What what?? sperm fighting? sounds just like bad science to me, and I have never heard of it. Are you sure YOU are not adding content here? (just a question).

The only point I, from own experience, can lend credence to is discovery who "dramatize" their content to some programs.

  • I put the link up there now from Discover Magazine, a bit back.

  • We live in an era when the average female university population is around 60 per cent.

Forget, feminism. With numbers like that, I expect that bias will be less of a problem in University 20 years from now.

  • Good stuff. Thanks!

  • Seriously Corey, ask Dr P to look up the etymology of "cuckoldry"

  • I can't find the article the Discover report references.

Anyways... I've had a normal grade school education on the topic and I have never heard any "glorification" of the sperm.

Jokes I've heard ofcoz, but never anything in the ways of education.

  • This extends beyond our narratives that need to be corrected, yet the realization of science being FOUNDED upon and historically validated by the male mentality...

This correlates to our modern understanding of so many subjects deriving from this western science...The MEDICALIZATION OF THE BIRTHING PROCESS for starters...

  • only because female bias isn't considered bias.

  • Nice fire!

So, are you two and Fred saying that we need to be more "politically correct" with the terms we use in relation to science?

  • Here's a link to Conferencereport's video btw:

    watch?v=t8cAESxkXDQ

It took a while to find it.

  • I just realized WHO the Fred you were referring to is. I usually begin my Sunday mornings by watching Conferencereport, but I was busy writing this morning, so I skipped it...Could you give us a link to Fred's video?

Just have to add that some people might think you're referring to the funny talking teenager when you say Fred on YouTube.
