  • I taped the full audio of both nights aswell as filming 4-5 tracks each night. Its probably my recording as no others exists. 1st night he play Strawberry fields also. 2nd he dropped it. Far and away the best of the 40 times I have seen oasis / noel.

  • If Noel is a pub singer, then Carlsberg must have made in because hes probably the best pub singer in the world.

Calling him a pub singer is like saying the Beatles should have worked on a cruise ship.

  • the only thing "big" here is noel, and noel's too big for oasis

  • @Nedutd Agreed. One of Morrissey and Marr's best of course, but the production and vibe here actually outshines the original. Perhaps at a future TCT benefit Morrissey and Gallagher could do some songs together!

  • Made even more poignant because it's for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Awesome cover.
