Rise Above the Flame

Okay, first off, I love this song, it's one of my favorites. I didn't really think of doing an amv to it really, but then I saw a couple that were done with this song about Roy Mustang. That was great to me, since I really like him and the song fit him really well. The problem was that they were...okay, at best. Don't get me wrong, there could be a fabulous one out there that I don't know about, since I only saw two, the ones I saw didn't impress.

So, for awhile I just watched them, since I don't really like taking someone else's idea. But then I found myself listening to the music rather than watching the amv. This is a very bad thing to me, since their purpose IS to be watched. Finally I decided to take on the task myself and try to make a fairly decent one.

I guess I did alright, especially given my limited amount of footage. I felt like I had used all the clips by the time I was a minute in! So sorry if it seems like it begins to get crappier as it goes on. WMM crashed a LOT on me while making this. -_-'

Also, notice the complementary colors, hehe. The switch between orange in blue happens quite often, sometimes on purpose, other times, well, it was just convineint for me that the uniforms are blue and fire is orange :P It really does happen quite often, enough to make an art teacher happy.
