This is/was Flashmob Freezemob "Say No to Shark Fin Soup" (Part 2).

Last year they ran Flashmob (Part 1) and had 165 people turn up to freeze.

This time they were aiming for a BIG ONE with a goal of 400+ people. Was it doable?...

FREEZEMOB MISSION BRIEF

"Please Say No to Shark Fin Soup!"

The Mission:
Sunday, 15th May, 2011.
Duration: Between 11:30AM and 01:00PM

Briefing Location: We met at 11:30AM outside Citic Tower on the corner of 1 Tin Mei Avenue in Admiralty where we were briefed on the actual Freezemob location.

Location of Final Mission: at first TOP SECRET, but it was somewhere busy and easy to get to.

The Mission: Why we wanted to do this?

• Raise awareness for more people to Say NO to shark fin and shark related products
• Grab the attention of the media and ensure they talk about it
• Do this in a novel, entertaining and seriously cool way, but most of all, to have some fun with our friends!
