Faces of Emotion

Emotions are the universal human language - they connect us, move us, drive us, separate us, and unite us. At Six Seconds (6seconds.org) we teach people that emotions are neither "bad" nor "good," but rather they're valuable data and energy we can use to create positive change.

Yes, our feelings and emotions are the one universal language shared by all humans. There is no feeling that i have felt that you have not, nor is there any feeling you have felt that I have not. Learning about our feelings puts us in touch with ourselves, as well as with every other human on the planet.
