His thermometer is exposed to direct sunlight, which will give an erroneously high reading. Official accurate temperature readings are taken in full shaded shelter from solar radiation, even reflected rays. Still plenty hot to get a 132 reading, though, no doubt - I'd guess at least 120 degree air temp.

Well, this the beauty of being black, having that ancient man's skin, its magical, when its real hot, their is a carbon based chemical called melanin in black man's skin, it will darken and you see the skin turn from brown to darker brown, thus protect skin. that is why black people don't burn, or their skin doesn't shade even when it gets to 135. See you learnt something. Amazing isn't it?
