The planet needs trees and people need wood for shelter and heat. Treemetrics is addressing this challenge. We have developed a unique method to better measure and manage forest resources. We have proved that its possible to reduce waste and produce more wood whilst cutting fewer trees. The system is aimed at forest owners and foresters to help them to collect better information. We work in the areas of forest harvesting, supply chain optimization, forest planning, forest measurement, national inventory, carbon validation, forest growth, biodiversity studies.
