The bike is a godsend. I've been losing weight steadily so I really recommend this setup.
Interestingly, I got off my bike for a couple of months during the holiday season because I was working away from my office and I gained about 10 lbs back! I've been back on the bike and the weight is coming off= so I love this!
Make sure to check with your doctor first before starting any workout program.
