@Owebaby11 where do you see signs of the CDV??? If your talking about the quick high rev before the car starts moving forward, then the "clunk, chuck, chuck, vroooom".....that's not the CDV, it's the bad driver.
P.S. The CDV only effects 2nd and maybe 3rd gear shifting "smoothness"....1st gear mistakes are totally driver related

I love BMW's (I own 2) but more importantly I'm a car guy. If I saw this car in person I would give respect where it's due. The fact of the matter is the LSX motors are pretty much bulletproof and the aftermarket support that goes with them is immense. Most LSX series motors gain 50-75HP with a simple cam change. Some have even gained 200HP with a head change. If the owner was going for power then I think he made a good choice on the motor swap. That's just my opinion though.
