I had gone to a restaurant called "Jumping Catfish" and tried their frog legs and fried pickles!! My mom always tried to freak me out with the story how she tried to eat them once home made and they jumped a little. I was freaked out. but, I tried them and said they tasted like little chicken legs. And I also liked the fried pickles...mmm!! so i picked up som frog legs and i am going to make them for dinner using your recipe! Thanks for your recipe. it looks amazing and delicious :)
