@Kari166 Agreed. This is a Classic but its nto for Kids. Disney Movies are mainly for Kids, but many many of them are Classics. Hell Kids need Movies too :-D

@LizzieP865 Because its animated People thought it was a Cartoon for Kids but its not and neither was the animated Film of Animal Farm which is more dark than Watership down

I remember this from when I was kid. It was horrifying! i watched this when I was like 8. But now that I understand more, this movie is really good. :) loved the book too

Watched this movie tonight... It's a good movie.
But when Frith appeared in the movie I thought....

UGH. Getting sick of all the idiots bashing Disney because of some movie.
Yes, this movie is good, but just because Disney is more lighthearted doesn't mean its bad, and it definitely doesn't mean that Disney didn't have some darker moments of its own. Blood =/= a good movie.
You can't compare the two, anyway. Just because the movie is animated doesn't mean it's for kids, and this movie (as well as the novel) definitely isn't for children. Get over yourselves.
