really good..... good work, i m a chef and i really enjoy ur work part. i ve done japanese food when i was on TAFE. i am wondering watz that with the rice and salmon u put inside the circle, and garnish with radish and snow pea sprout..... lol looks yuummmmm..

@ladysanx thanks and that is a salmon tartare that you are talking about. its chopped salmon, small diced raddish with some chives and salmon roe on the top. yeah with lime vinaigrette. best of luck with your work
