@GHO5TeZ that depends on how much u play him, and if he has a good potential, play him every game, to find best youth, u need 5 star scout, if there is no availaable ,just play a game or quick sim .and there will be other scouts available, do this till you find 5 stars scouts

@MexicanMocacho yea dude i got the same problem. i played every game manually and the start of the second season, nobody improved. wtf.... its like the same as the start of the first season.

In career mode (player), my position is CAM, but 'finishing' and 'volleys' won't increase, even though I scored 23 goals in my first season and I make lots of shots. What's wrong?

@Velphin YES, they can...i had a 14 yo, player, small ,and 65 kg , and now he is 16, ready for the team, he is cb ,potential, 85-91 , ovr 70-74 and he is 189 cm ,and 88 kg , standing tackle, marking ,and sprint speed., HE WILL BE A MONSTER
