  • Standard leg lifts work your main abs. For a better (lower ab) exercise, bring ur legs up about a quarter of the way and point your toes out. I started doing 10's for 10 songs. 10 big, 10 little, 10 songs. =]! My friend was doing 60's..

  • @ShannonGraceDelapaix Try adding leg weights. Your definetly gonna be feeling the burn after a couple of those

  • I do a lot of abs on the machines at the club but I still do these as part of my workout. I can do a lot of them and they are very easy for me. Using a variety of machines and doing things without machines is the best way to get a total ab workout.

  • ahhi just did some a little while ago, felt like nothing, sat around, got up, and bam, abs burnt like hell lol, good exercise, burns the abs like nothing else ive tried

  • I did this like 3 or 4 sets of 25 each on Brazilian Jiu-jitsu

I've done 40 a day for a week now and already lost 8 pounds and look ALOT slimmer , I also do 100 jumping jacks , 90 crunches , 80 squats , 70 miututes of doing something athletic , 60 more jumping jacks , 50 more crunches , 40 legifts .. , 30 more squats , 20 pushups , and 10 minutes of dancing or something else athletic , Try it :D

  • Hi guys ive got a question, why can i not feel¨the burn¨when i work out using 9KG weights, i can only do like 20, i do feel my arms burning after doing like 500 using 2kg tho..
