TG&Y, Compactron Vacuum Tube based TV. A lot of these TV's were transistors, so it musta been during the transition. This model uses no transistors at all, all tubes. Fun little TV..

  • S-Video without the Chroma? Never would have thought of that but it does look great!

  • Well if you think about it, before NTSC, you just had an black and white RF signal with no chroma, and this old TV expects that.. Like new TV's, it can decode NTSC, but has dot crawl. Even for RF, if you modulate without the NTSC chroma, picture quality is greatly improved, and is actually the same RF signal that would have been all over the place before NTSC and PAL color..

  • I have one of those - it was made by Sampo in Korea. Not a bad set at all for a cheapie.

  • My mistake, PowerMac 7500.

  • Oh, my mistake.

  • thanks!

  • That's not a Performa, it's a PowerMac 7500.. Performa and PowerMac are different, but the casing was the same.. It's a G4 1Ghz and 1GB RAM upgraded Mac.

  • Mac Classic

  • The mac from the left of the plasma or lcd

  • If you're talking about the white Mac on the desk, it's a Performa 7500.
