as much as I hate this stupid bitch for being "famous" for doing absolutely nothing but i digress, it is not right for someone to be PUNISHED for using a substance that our government in the USA says is "illegal." (USA has the highest amount of non-violent offenders in PRISON, not counting JAILS!) and btw, the current USA government want's to have %50 or more of US citizens in jail by 2018 for non-violent offences and will also be arresting more people for ridiculous stuff, like speeding etc.
