For me thats a process limited by ability to articulate what real understanding I've amassed, then balanced against remaining conflicts of intrest or gratifying needs.
ie does one go to appeal stage in a tribunal case that took two years to be heard and an 'extra' 6 weeks of emotional cart wheels, only for a finding against the claim.
