One workout we do at my high school for conditioning is turning off the treadmills and sprinting for three minutes while pushing the belt on the treadmills. Talk about sore -_-

football is hard because of extreme bursts, but in wrestling after your bursts, you still gotta keep your movement.

Il always remember high school wrestling for its intense conditioning. I Remember how drilling takedowns and escapes at a descent pace for at least 5 minutes consumed so much energy

My only problem with this is that I'd be too tired to learn and execute the actual techniques properly when we get to that point. Nevertheless, a great workout

wrestling is super addicting, i found some of my old toys from when i was little, and i was making them wrestle without thinking. this sport is awesome
