Here I will give you a 3 minute workout that will give you a six pack. Having strong abs (core) will help you jump higher, run faster, and do all the things you want to do that much better. Maybe you want to put that bathing suit on, or maybe you want to go to the pool. Get your 6 pack by working this program to the T.   • @MercenaryOfOZ Well but you will become into muscle memory so it wont work out as well so you need new exercises every week or so.

  • I found that if you run or jog then do 6 inches, the lower stomach fat will go away slowly. When you see that its slowly going away that leaves room for the rest of your stomach to burn fat as well. It's kinda s short cut to getting rid of fat.
