I cooked brown rice this way exactly like she did and it was burned to a rock hard crisp and smoke was coming out of the microwave after the second cooking. I'm trying it again with more water and maybe less time.
NEVER use a microwave!It kills the vitamins and destroys the food's cellwalls.Then the body can't identify the cells as they are destroyed and the body may react allergic to the food! NEVER USE A MICROWAVE!
