i have the same prblem as akumanaveia.
can't do the step 3. can not update the mouse.
akumanaveia do you have an issue ?
when i do the step 3 , should i switch off the fragchuck ?

I got any Levels (Tweak Utility and Sensitivity Dial on Fragchuck) of 5! Maybe Level 4 is also working...
When you got a great Level Setting for your gaming please send me to to try...

The Frag Pro hello, I'm in trouble, in step 3 and you press Start + R3 secure and connect the mouse and you can leave the LED flashes, the more I do not do that and I can not update the mouse and PLAY3 not recognize it only recognizes fragchuck.

Hi akumanaveia.
- Do got enough energy (batterie / USB Cable)?
- Do you press STAR / R3 and on/off at the same time?
- Do you re-plugged the dongle before you upgrade the mouse?
That's some of reasons that the upgrade doesn't work..

well, i have a problem with the updater... every time i try to upgrade my firmware, the program crashes, I have win7 x64, do you know anything about that?

Got word from the SplitFish supportguy that they'll hopefully release a new firmware update for MAG in about 14 days :)
