I am a steel cut oat man myself, but sometimes when I'm in a rush I'll do the whole instant oat thing. For instant oats I go with Quaker. You might have some luck with McCann's, a fine Irish steel cut oat ready in about 30 minutes. Serve hot with butter, just a skosh of brown sugar and milk. You'll be putting on that man-weight in no time.
