@MrHav1k Looks, job and special achievements and talents are what girls first find attractive in a guy, then it's the personality and moral side of things that changes or backs up her original opinion.
As for me when talking to women, if a girl is as high as I am on the job scale, then I'll think of it as a mutual kinda favor to talk to her, if she's lower than me, I'll see it as I'm doing her a favor, although I wont let that show, obviously.

@MrHav1k False statement actually. Women base attraction on personality more, that's why you see the mediocre guy with the bombshell more often than not. As long as you're an intelligent, vibrant individual and able to keep up conversation and attraction, they'll come to you. While it is important to maintain your looks and keep your hygiene up. You don't have to look like a Calvin Klein model to get that girl you are after. So don't be the meek shy guy, be the interesting outgoing guy!

From my experience i've made a bunch of girls be atracted to a man that actually i'm nothing like but that's when i'm not looking for a relationship. However when i do actually look for a relationship i just try to be as social as i can to her and everyone around her, I have not lost a girl since i discovered this method :D
The real challenge is when they have a boyfriend but i can tell they are atracted to me, 'm still working on that.
