  • @idicula1979 When it comes to cleaner and more efficiant fuels people can drag their knuckles all they want, but one day in the near future we will look at the way we burn fossil fuel, as we now look at our old VHS tapes. The question is whether we will let America fall behind.

  • @idicula1979 The only way that America can be part of the solution is if it decides to go the way of renewable energy. It is not even a question of leadership nowadays as places like portugal get 45% of their energy from renewable energy and places like portugal are the rules rather then the exception nowadays we even have the technology right here in America for renewable energies as far of places as Salina, Kansas are putting themselve on the map with the solutions for tommorow.

  • @Gothikification We don't have any significant oil or gas reserves to make it worthwhile to ravage the envroment for it, even the Alakan wild life reseve has only about 6 month of supply in it and to say the oil will end up in America is wrong the oil will end up in Russia or where ever the corperations decide it wiil be easier to ship it. • John R. Christy has been accused of recanting his position that climate change is neither Anthropogenic nor Catastrophic, but he didn’t. He used two independent data sets, weather balloon and satellite for his findings. (see links in my about me) Later he only stated that there was some anthropogenic impact that could not be predicted 100 years out, but that what we’re doing was good for the plants.

  • 1 /2 Obama stop offshore drilling until it was reinstated. This could cause a $5 a gallon increase, because we would grow dependent upon foreign nations we are not allies with in order to provide our oil. Cap and Trade (American Power Act) would increase gas prices increase by $2.58 a gallon according to George C. Marshall Institute& taxes on the average household up to $3200 according to the RNC Foreign countries price gouge w/ gas prices to $10/gal!.
