Taken from a combination of Oscar Brand's "Bawdy Songs & Backroom Ballads" LP and the "Songs For Swinging Housemothers" songbook, this understated ballad was performed by Duke University's Homecoming Queen, Fran Martin, and myself. The background crickets provided their accompaniment through the campus dorm's open window late one evening. This and other off-color numbers were actually recorded to be played over Duke's campus radio station...and, incredibly, they were, before we all escaped for Spring Break. I may add some more of those missing songs to this YouTube collection as I run out of gas...

@rydag11 Probably...better this bawdy ballad as an upload than others Fran and I did in college (i.e., "Roll Your Leg Over", "The Virgin Sturgeon", et al). Glad you liked it, too, rydag Number 11.
