Child Slammed on Luge Run at Snow Bird resort.

How the Snowbird resort in Utah did not get sued for this is beyond anyone's guess but it is obvious that the sleepy and boneheaded teenage operators of this ride played a huge part in this accident. As did the douchy daddy who slams into the back sled of the child who gets hit so hard he hi laid out and nearly tossed off the ride.

I'm glad snowbird didn't get sued. It was a mistake and the child didnt get hurt. Big deal. Have people in this country really resorted to sueing just because something upsets them or doesn't go their way? Pathetic...
