i have a lv 100 mudkip that i trained since i got it on SS from the guy from hoenn and gave him an everystone so he coudl not evolve. he's name is skipped and no rare candys were used! also same things only a swampert (male name is lu) and marshtomp (female named is dana)

@DazzieMetallikat That is actually a misconception. In Red and Blue, Pokemon would get a random stat increased by one point during the first eleven levels. This was done to differentiate Pokemon, so no trainers would conceivably have the same one. After the first eleven levels, there would be no random stats added. So, if you were to level a Pokemon to level eleven, and then use rare candies after that, there would be no difference than if you leveled them normally.
