I really love the period of the Stones with Mick Taylor more than any other Phase of the band.They just really grooved on Can't You Hear Me Knocking.It always seemed like the jam could go on forever.Of course the Stones always try to do different sounds which keeps them so good.

This is one of the Stone's best songs; very underrated. They are at their prime, playing superbly together, musically right on, incorporating sax in a beautiful jazz transition, Mick Taylor and Keith exchanging guitar voices intricately, Charlie carrying a beautiful beat, Bill forming the backbone of the piece. Perfect!
