They always do better in groups. Most people have more females than males but pairs are OK. Please phone the shop on 01661 844 005 if making a special trip to check availability as at present (09.10.10) we haven't got females - we will get some more on the next delivery though.

should these guys be in groups. some things ive read say muliple males will fight, and others say they are fine. i may have to buy them off the internet, the person ive found only sells established pairs, but i dont know if thats ok. i do live near newcastle, but i would have to convince my dad to take me to 'tyne vallet aquatics'

They look even nicer now they have settled and we added cabomba plant to the tank. They are really colourful.
