The puzzle was made from a mf8 Square-1. The pieces were capped with ABS plastic sheet and the gaps between the extensions were filled with black Apoxie Sculpt. Stickers were machine cut using Oracal and Arlon Graphics Vinyl.
The puzzle was first cut on an angle on the top and bottom face and then built back up into a cube and then cut into the final shape.

you seem to like the "Jingles" On macs. Try doing that diagonal cut on a 3x3, and then make the 3x3 cubic. I wonder what will it look like?

Ahh that is just awesome, but what is most awesome is that you are probaly the only one that knows how to solve it.
