Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Final Raem

This is it, the final boss. Come into this fight with at least 2 phoenix downs equipped at all times, and cure right next to attack. You'll be curing a lot. Almost every attack will do more then half your hearts, no matter your defense. If you can't cure immediately after being hit, you're likely to die. Since this is the final boss, use all your phoenix downs if you need to. All of raem's attacks are hard to avoid, they are fast and high damaging. Also bubbles with your family members will spawn, you'll need to cure them, and then grab the magicite that drops. This is the key to winning this fight. Those magicites will cast level 3 magic, and sometimes they will cast invulernability, in which you have a minute to do as much damage as you can. You need to get this off multiple times, as regular attacking is suicide against raem. Cure yourself as you cure the bubbles, gather the magicite, spam it and phoenix downs and you can win. This is the hardest fight in this game, and is deserving of a final boss, but with high stats, good items in reserve, and quick cures, you will win this

So you say that even with high DEF you can still get owned by this boss if you get hit?

@Sonic8000 Honestly looking back on this I'm not so sure. When I played this game I didn't really prioritize my stats hugely. I do however get some of the best upgrades available to me and still ended up taking ridiculous damage on this fight. Either way it's the final boss, not a big deal to use all your healing items and such.
