More than likely he figured the guy might be an enthusiast and wanted to show what the car had to offer. The number of times I've seen exotics on the road hoping they wanted to play and having them end up being driven by 65+ year old pensioners who wanted nothing more than to cruise along at speed limit.

I usually throw a copy of the page in car and driver magazine where it shows my C6 Corvette's 0-60 to anyone that feels like racing. I figure if I keep throwing out these copies whenever someone wants to race I'll save a lot of gas and won't risk being pulled over for speeding.

I had a.. funny thing happen today at work. When I left the office, I had trouble unlocking my car. Then I realized I had the wrong set of keys.
