Here is the vocal range video for Leona's first Extended Play, otherwise known as an EP, which is a collection of a few songs. Leona has covered three songs, including the Nine Inch Nails song 'Hurt', which is the one Leona is using for promotion of the EP.

Contrary to what people might have been expecting from Leona on this EP, there are hardly any belts and there are low notes inabundance, including THREE C3s!

Hope you enjoy the video!

  • why you change pitch at the start and make it faster at the notes, is that because of copyright? If not, I like the original ...

  • @duythanhst Yes.

  • That C3 is surprisingly full! Her lows improved alot! The D5-C5 reminds me of WH in the 80's wow! Great video :p

  • I Agree with you, for me she can hit a C7, she does an EB6 with No effortless, I Hope to see at last a G6 On the New album, can you do a video about her Range in 2011??? She did so many amazing performances, Has Doha, X Factor Germany, X Factor Uk, She singing Glassheart, Have so Many : )

  • I listened to the EP yesterday and I couldn't believe she actually hits C3.

  • The third C3 touches a B2 because its a lot more stronger and i checked the ending portion of that note! So her range would be B2-F#6 just saying!

  • As talented as she is, I've always found her very boring. All her ballads are the same.. piano, hard hitting drums, belted climax...

  • Those C3s and her lower register in general is atrocious and even worse than before. But as always her mid-upper range was great.

  • Were her belts good? on the EP and live?

  • it is so great she can hit C6s,but after watching her live performance on the xfactor final,um...a little bit disappointing.I think those low notes were too difficult to her,she could not really handle them well.but i still love her voice so much, her head voice is just perfect :)

  • @musicldjs

Mine too. The longest note is ~17s, so is live at the Royal Variety performance.
