I think you believe it's a voice modulator due to the compression of th video - the sound quality is bad. If you listen to her other video where she pranks Everton Football Club you can hear her in better quality and it sounds more organic and realistic. She also seems to make rading mistakes. I believe someone is writing cards for her as the coversation ensues. This just my opinion. I dont know for sure.

I teach 3rd graders and this is definitely a third graders voice. I'd say the reason numpty77 hasn't a real photograph is to protect Becky's visual identity since she is a minor, plus it was a crank phone call not a crank visual on television.
