  • Interestingly enough, had Zola written that J'accuse article in todays France, when he was charged with libel and had to flee to england he would simply be extradited under the European arrest warrant haha.

Talk about through the looking glass people.

It is as if everything that that was won with blood, treasure and the strenuous efforts of those who've come before us for a millennia was signed away in the blink of an eye by bureaucrats.

  • Finally it is mentioned in open by Mr. Dartmouth: 2 English citizens extradited to abroad for a white collar issue where a ridiculous small amount of money is involved. It is an issue that could be settled in a day-time. These men are now imprisoned and treated as criminals. Just waiting until the case will be settled, waiting for months while their families are ruined because of lack their presence at home.

  • POWERFUL STUFF! Great work from Dartmouth and Batten. Thank God we have some people on OUR side!

  • @ukipwebmaster Actually that is probably not right . France has had 200 years of experience of human rights legislation. The idiocy lies in thinking that it can be applied anywhere .

  • A naive question: do the owners of all those empty seats at 1:15 get paid anyway?

Or was it a session for UKIP MP's only?

  • I came to the definate conclusion that David Dimbleby is a DISSEMBLER too. I watched part one of Britains 7 ages (which reports we had no history before BC 55) There were lots of pro EU statements, and statements to create apathy with regards EU and a referendum. I have also spotted that bbc my family also carries anti conspiracy messages. Also Tony Robinson (time team) trusted voice of truth..... Was on the Labour Party NEC, no wonder he was put forward to muddy the masonic NWO link 33°?

  • Great channel :)

  • @dweber66 Graham Watson understands nothing ! The whole point of the law as understood in England of which he claims to be a citizen is to REMOVE the law from the judicial authorities . It is what we call The Common Law. it is imperfect but it is what we have . As a result we have TRIAL BY JURY to remove the law from the lawyers. We have HABEAS CORPUS to prevent arbitrary arrest without which we find ourselves at the mercy of arbitrary authority. Do you think Graham Watson ?

  • @dweber66 What an Idiot Graham Watson is "its ruled out decisions based on political expediency to the extent that member states surrender their own nationals " And why should these higher courts not base their decision on political expediency ?THE DEFENCE AGAINST ARBITRARY ARREST IS HABEAS CORPUS. You somehow think that because these matters are decided at a higher level they are necessarily more just. Why ? What sort of a liberal are you. You are a disgrace. Well done Lord Dartmouth.

  • Perhaps the DimLibs would be best renamed the Authoritarian Despots, it sounds more accurate.

  • tyranny is here - live free or die
