the white cream is called icing.
to make icing use milk and a lot of powdered sugar. the more powdered sugar, the thicker it will be :)

What did you use for the white cream (I don't really know the English term for it)? Did you have egg in it, because the only way I know to do it is with raw egg and thus it's not good to eat....
