Thank you this was so helpful, I never knew wheat grass was high in sugar! Do you recommend cooked grain over sprouted for energy and why? My guess is sprouted would be better, but cooked is more practical.
Raw Foods is this the new and improved expert investigation of products you promised us after the Adya Clear recall? I mean this guy says, he looked around the internet, read some books & talked to raw food leaders and this makes him an expert in B-12, how? I mean how can we just take some guys word for something he is going to profit from? I just don't understand, Matt who puts on these raw food videos, does not appear healthy at all, he looks stoned. @dustington1 I think that may be a little harsh, but imo its somewhat true... I don't think there's any need for meat to be healthy, but our history as homosapien probably did eat quite a bit of it. I tried a diet like this for a month or two, at first I felt fine, but very quickly my athletic performance started to drop quite rapidly. Eventually I became tired and constipated and gave up. Not to mention a lot of these raw food diets recommend you incorporate exotic, non-native produce like papayas, avocados, coconuts, and all sorts of tree nuts. Things which most human populations never had abundant access to.

Today I had raw rolled oats mixed with milk and stevia.It keeps me full for a long time and gives me plenty of energy. And it tast pretty good.
