  • HardTimesHardBodies please reply: I am 11 year old kid im 75 kilos(i know TO MUCH) andabout 1m and between 80 and 70 cm please would you please tell me some exercises that lose weight on every part of the body and some diet(tell me what kind of food not just high protien etc)so please reply to this question

  • @TheUltimateguy123 Cut back on your intake of "processed carbohydrates" like fruit juice, coca-cola, candy, bread, pasta, white rice, donuts and sugar. Try to eat protein with every meal. You'll get good amounts of protein from chicken, fish, beef, lamb, EAS protein shakes and dairy products. Put down the video game controller and get off the computer for an additional 60 minutes per day. Do squats, push ups, and hill running. Stop making excuses. Start making progress.

  • @ShayHowe1milli Starving yourself isn't healthy and won't accelerate favorable body composition change. To lose fat you'll need to increase your intake of food. Eat a minimum of 1,200 calories per day while focusing on eating green veggies like spinach and broccoli. Also try to cut back on "processed carbohydrates." Processed carbs are things like pasta, cereal, bread, sweets, fruit juice, white rice and soda. They all shut off the fat burning mechanisms. Eat proteins: fish poultry and red meat.

  • ughh this isent helping all your excerise's have kettbelts in them im only 15 you know i cant go out and buy some of those damn ketttbelts..
