How To Use the Tools on Gimp [2/2]

Ok, this is the second part to the How To Use the Tools on Gimp video i did earlier. Basically i have a motor mouth, so i have to make this video into parts. I know, it's sad, but in the future its only going to be ONE video i promise XD.

Well, my sound and video isnt on the exact tract so the video is sort of behind from the audio. o.o so no fret, just listen well, and you'll sort of understand it.

ok for some wierd reason, my GIMP setup is in JAPANESE!

i know theres a way to change the language, but im not completely fluent in japanese, can anyone help?

i downloaded a language toolbar, and i was screwing around with it, and next thing i know i open gimp and every command is a bunch of squiggles.

anyone know how to reverse this?
