But we go any further...shout out to them Birds...the Philadelphia Eagles! I'll take my one playoff victory along with beating the Cowboys to even get there and run with that. I'm quite satisfied. Everything else is really just icing on the cake.

In this first week of '09, I want to reach out to all of the people that feel their expectation may just be way to high for "Notorious." I feel the same way you do...its just too personal...we lived through it. But we have to take it for what it is. You can't be mad if the actor playing Lil Cease doesn't look like Lil Cease...or they don't have anyone playing Mase. Let it go! I have to let it go! Lets try to enjoy this thing.

Also I want to send my best wishes to Charles Barkely, who was arrested for speeding and drunk driving. I understand his position. I too...have...the in quest for a little...fellactio...made some mistakes because my mind just wasnt right at the time. I had more pressing issues...like recieving my fellactio. I've been there.

Plus we'll get into why I can't suppor the return of Dru Hill, why I don't quite understand Kenyon Martin, if Tyra and J-Lo are worth your fluesy time, and...someone proposed to Neffe...I just hope he thought it through. She's fertile...
