"Smart" car commercial - NOT the Cloverfield monster

All of the internet buzz surrounding the movie "Cloverfield" reminded me of this commercial for the "Smart" car from Europe - it features a parody of the 1998 Devlin/Emmerich Godzilla a.k.a. Zilla a.k.a. GINO (Godzilla In Name Only).

I posted this video clip months before "Cloverfield" opened in theatres, and at that time quite a few people were convinced the movie was going to be a remake of the 1998 american Godzilla movie...which this commercial parodies.
