So when you front wheel is at the angle you would want to start lifting you back end up (obviuosly) But what theyre not saying is you have to flick the back end round as much a possible ! , you will still need to be turning with your front end but turn with you back end more to keep a good balance and a good flick , when you land you should know how to fakie so you can leave the rest to you self -Also i dont make bmx vids but hope to be soon !

Ok , ive been watching aload of bmx videos how to 180 , just saying i do know how to do them but i started looking at videos just to see if they were giving the tip that i used To help me do them . But they wasnt so if you want some help READ CAREFULLY ! - First of all you obviously going to get to a right speed so when you feel compfortable , But here is the good advice !
