At the core of islam is sincerity, honesty, love, respect, tolerance, justice. etc... of course not all muslims portray the true image of islam but thats their problem. Islam IS spirituality, it means submission to God. If you're truly a good muslim at heart its very freeing...everything you do is spiritual .
