I'm not sure that it's necessary to directly identify the hosts per video. Yes, each video is an individual entity, but a) what is important are the subjects of the video, and b) the video is part of a greater whole.
The hosts/creators and organization are identified in the title and end credits. The observer interested in such a detail will take time to look on the organizations website (which is also in the credits).
A good job in general. Remember to identify who the on-camera hosts are if they are seen on-camera.
Since each of these episodes is just that, an episode, you have to approach each one as though you have a new and unfamiliar audience. Guide them through the piece with form (story structure) and the content will function as intended: entertainment & education.
