Sara's Eid card idea would've been a far better seller than the environmental card Red came up with. Sara shouldn't have been sitting in that room at all. They ignore her and then blame her for not contributing, again and again. This episode showed that clear as day.

As bad as it is, Sara said earlier on that people shouted down her ideas and didn't listen then later on claimed that she never had them, I wouldn't have taken that crap at the end.
