It is easy to beat someone who is not attacking. You may as well beat a drunk guy getting up to get another beer.

@holygroove2 No I am not implying he is cheating. If it needs to be said, yes, he's very, very good at what he does and yes, the title of the video does say "entries". All I was saying was that his partner didn't throw a single punch or kick. I found it a very interesting way to train. Don't want to take anything out of context....we all have our preferences on how to train.

@KiCreativeStudio - what's interesting is your implication that Grados is "cheating". Look at it from another perspective - every time the student gets up, Grados is able to connect and control the student quickly and accurately. No serious injuries considering the energy level and speed exerted here. The video is called Quick entries. If you think this video is unfair, you should see the ones of him controlling men 2x's his size. The man is good at what he does!

I like Sifu Grados, but I notice he's attacking the guy before his partner is getting a chance to stand up and get his composure. Not taking anything out of context. Just an observation. Interesting way to train.

@beegizzle Im curious what jkd instructor told you bruce never trained for the streets?

Great stuff as always. I always pick up a thing or two when I watch Sifu's videos.
I would love to see him in action against a fully resisting opponent. That would be trully interesting...
Well you should learn first that Bruce also trained his students for the streets! Thats why Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do is often reffered as scientific street fighting. IDIOT!
