i love pages it looks so much better than microsoft word and it is also alot cheaper than word its only 79.99 GREAT JOB!!

i'd recommend office as opposed to iwork esp if u're new to the "apple family". it can be quite overwhelming when u make the switch from using a pc to a macbook pro.

the family version is to be installed into more macs, the normal iwork is only meant to be used for 1 user

one quick question. say i want to type a basic paper for school, and i dont have a printer so i need to e-mail it to my professor, can i easily e-mail them my paper (without having to do anything difficult)? and can they easily just open it from their comp (which is a pc) ? please resond ASAP!!

Pages is meant to be PC friendly. All you have to do is click on file, export and than click the image that says .DOC and you are covered. Thats it.
