Ingredients:

1 onion, quartered
2-4 new potatoes, cut in half
1 cup shiitake or white button mushrooms
2-3 medium carrots, chopped
Salt and pepper and Italian seasoning to taste
2 Tbs olive oil
1 cup beer

    Gonna try this one, with a little horseradish too.......

    I will put in the full bottle or more to keep afterwards for gravy

  • Ok, the onions cook quickly, maaybe 5 mins. Then heat up the pan till the bottom starts to brown again and add beef bouillon or just water, one again the flavors are absorbed by the liquid, then add to CP.

  • Looks great. Some sliced green cabbage would probably go really well with this as well. Thanks for these videos!
