Day 7 (241.5 lbs.) WEIGHT WATCHERS UPDATE!

Same weight today, no shirtless update, sorry ladies... I kid... anyways a little update on what Weight Watchers Points Plus is all about, a little background information and we find out my points and get some into some serious business. As always thanks for all your support, it really means a lot. (And a little side note, I rendered this in HD even though my camera isnt HD and it actually looks better, it takes longer but its a good quality, if I have time Ill do this to some videos until I get the new camera.)

No worries on no weight loss today... no loss is better than a gain. Keep on going though - you WILL get there if you keep positive!

@DiDiSarum thanks for the support man! Yea, I rendered the video in HD even tho the camera isn't an HD camera, so I guess it sacrifices audio for video and in all honesty it didn't even look that much better so I wont be doing that again. :P
