Wow. No creel limit? Those are not only the largest perch I may ever see, but the catch...so many of them! When you get a mess of them like that, it's worth the work of salvaging the four inch fillets!

We skin our perch, leaving the ribs in, then upon cooking, the pull out like a trout..
